We are a small cattery breeding beautiful Exotics for Pet, Breeder & Show Quality. We strive to breed for CFA breed standards.  We actively show in CFA and all of our breeders are CFA champions and many are grand-pointed & currently working on grand-champion titles. We reside in the Gulf Shore Region and mainly show in regions 3 & 6.

We fell in love with the Exotic breed after admiring them at shows while showing our other breed and first love Scottish Folds. You can see our award winning Folds on www.katareececattery.com I had long loved the sweet expression of the Persian but didn't want to maintain the coat of a show Persian. Exotics have been called the Lazy Man's Persian. The Exotics have given us the beautiful looks we wanted with much less maintenance and grooming. Our cats and kitten have both beauty and great personalities. Personality is very important to us in all of our cats and kittens whether they are show or pets. It is very important to me to breed for Quality, Type and Temperament.

We purchased our first breeder/show cats from Jet Stone cattery in Russia. CH Jet Stone Big Boy was Best Blue Tabby and CH Jet Stone Darling Rose was 2nd Best Tortoiseshell in Gulf Shores Region for the 2005-2006 show season. We then added two wonderful kittens from Calivan Cattery. CH Calivan Awesome Angelina and CH Calivan's Sammy Hagar of Katareece pictured above. They are doing great on the show circuit. Our cats come from champion, grand-champion, DM, regional & national winning lines. We work with bloodlines of Jovan, Zoticats, Artemis, Bryn Mawr, Topcattery, Mafdeth, Becton, Furrari, Heida and many other top catteries.

All of our kittens are very well socialized being raised with our three children. I'm a stay-at-home mom and this enables me to gives many hours of daily love and care to our cats and kittens. We sell with a contract and guarantee the health of all of our cats or kittens. I hope you enjoy your visit to our cattery.
